Black Achievers is officially rebranding to the "Achievers Network."

After years of empowering underrepresented individuals through education, entrepreneurship, and community building, Black Achievers is now the Achievers Network. This name change reflects both our growth and our unwavering commitment to our mission: helping underrepresented people achieve the American Dream! The new name allows us to embrace a broader following, while still honoring the community that gave rise to our movement.

Navigating Compliance While Staying True to Our Mission

The rebrand also comes at a time when non-profit organizations are navigating a complex legal and compliance landscape. In light of increasing scrutiny around race-specific programs, the new name allows our nonprofit to remain open to all, mission-driven, and legally sound — without compromising on values.

A Legacy of Empowerment

Founded with the goal of closing opportunity gaps for Black professionals and entrepreneurs, Black Achievers has offered innovative programs and powerful partnerships across the country. From our Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) program to leadership development, financial education workshops, and professional networking events, we’ve built a reputation as a go-to resource for those ready to level up.

Over time, our reach has expanded beyond a single demographic. We've welcomed a growing number of allies, partners, and participants from all races and backgrounds who share our vision for equality and economic advancement.

A Name for the Future

The name Achievers Network better reflects who we are today — and where we’re going.

“As we continue to grow and reach new audiences, it became clear that our name needed to expand as well,” said Michael Moore, President and CEO. “The Achievers Network allows us to keep our mission front and center, while expanding our impact. It positions us to serve more people, build stronger partnerships, and chart a bold course for the future.”

Our Programs Remain The Same

While our name is changing, our commitment is not. We remain deeply focused on serving underrepresented communities through programs like:

  • Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA): Helping aspiring business owners acquire existing companies.

  • Workforce and Leadership Training: Preparing individuals for success in modern, high-demand careers.

  • Community Partnerships and Sponsorships: Connecting with corporations that value top talent.

  • Educational Access and Mentorship: Creating pathways for students and professionals to grow.

“The Achievers Network signals to the world that we welcome all who align with our mission of lifting up underrepresented communities,” said David Iyoha, Vice President of Operations. “This name change strengthens our ability to attract a diverse range of participants into our ETA and educational programs. It’s not just a rebrand — it’s a renewal of our purpose.”

What’s Next?

You’ll start to see changes across our website, social media, and marketing materials in the coming weeks. While our name and look may be evolving, we are more committed than ever to the people we serve. Thank you for growing with us. The future of the Achievers Network is bright — and we’re just getting started.
