The goal of Business Acquisition Institute (BAI) is to help identify talented individuals who want to purchase an existing business as part of M&A deals. The target businesses range from $1 million to $5 million dollars in revenue and have between 5-50 employees. Historically, underrepresented entrepreneurs have been unable to participate in these transactions due to lack of capital, training and access to deal flow. Our Institute helps entrepreneurs overcome these barriers and helps close the racial wealth gap.
